Our princess parties are designed as an all-inclusive experience so families can relax, enjoy the celebration, and watch the magic unfold.

Our packages include a graceful royal entrance, meet-and-greet, sing-alongs, dancing, sparkly gem makeovers with a sweet wish moment, temporary tattoos or stickers, balloons, themed games, photo opportunities, cake cutting assistance, and a magical Happy Birthday celebration. Families may also request our beautiful Royal Coronation add-on for an extra-special birthday moment.

Yes. Our princess performers bring the supplies needed for their planned activities, including a portable speaker, character-friendly playlist, sparkly gems, temporary tattoos or stickers, balloons, and themed activity items.

We simply ask for an open area where the children can dance, play, and gather for photos, along with a small table and chair or comfortable seated area for sit-down activities such as sparkly gem makeovers. Special requests, such as no temporary tattoos or extra focus on singing and dancing, can be added in the booking notes section.

For most birthday parties, we recommend scheduling your princess visit about 30 minutes after the party begins. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in, and gather before the princess makes her royal entrance.

Our performers will call approximately 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time to let you know they have arrived, confirm any last-minute entrance details, and give you a moment to prepare before the magic begins.

Yes. Fairytales & Heroes brings princess party entertainment to celebrations throughout Tampa Bay, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Palm Harbor, Largo, Dunedin, Seminole, and nearby communities within approximately 25 miles of downtown Tampa.

Events outside our standard service area may require a $50 travel fee to help cover the additional travel time and distance.
