🎉 Guest Count & Experience Guidance
Our packages are designed for celebrations with approximately 12–15 children.
If you’re expecting a larger guest count, we recommend:
Adding additional characters, and/or
Extending the event time
This ensures every child receives personal interaction and fully enjoys the experience.
🪄 Flexible Party Flow
Our packages follow a general itinerary; however, performers may adjust activities as needed to create the best possible experience. Factors such as weather, venue space, guest count, and age range may influence the flow of the event.
Rest assured — our goal is always to keep the magic going while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable celebration for everyone.
🚗 Travel & Service Area
Our pricing includes service within our regular coverage area. Events outside our standard service radius may require a travel or mileage fee, which will always be communicated in advance.
🎄 Special Characters & Holiday Pricing
Special character appearances (such as Santa Claus) and bookings during major holidays may be subject to additional fees due to increased demand and operational requirements. Please contact us directly for personalized pricing and availability
IMPORTANT INFO ON MASCOT EVENTS
IN THE LA AREA

Due to the nature of their costumes, mascots are unable to participate in certain activities such as balloon twisting, makeovers, or face painting. Their costumes come with limited visibility, restricted movement, and no ability to speak, making these tasks impractical.
However, mascots bring the magic to life through:

Important Note: All Mascots are always scheduled with either a Host or a Non-Mascot Character (such as a Princess or Fairy) to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
💡 Why?
Performer Safety – The host assists with water and cool-down breaks (a 5-minute break is required every 30 minutes, or more frequently in warm conditions).
Continuous Entertainment – The Non-Mascot Character keeps the fun going with Balloon Twisting, Gem Makeovers, Tattoos, Face Painting, and active games, ensuring an engaging and magical experience for all guests!
This setup guarantees a smooth, safe, and truly unforgettable event!

Our mascots love bringing joy to your event, but please note that they have limited peripheral vision. For safety, we ask that guests—especially small children—approach with care, as the mascot may not see them right away.
To create the best experience, please also provide ample space for the mascot to move freely and interact safely. Your cooperation helps ensure a fun, magical, and enchanting event for everyone!

Florida’s heat and humidity can be intense, especially for performers in mascot costumes. To ensure their safety and well-being, mascots cannot perform outdoors when temperatures exceed 85°F.
For events in high heat, please plan for an indoor or air-conditioned space where the mascot can comfortably entertain guests. If an indoor option is unavailable, the mascot’s appearance may need to be adjusted, shortened, or canceled for safety reasons.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
